Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Order Selector, where your hard work directly translates into higher earnings. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products from warehouse shelves, ensuring they are prepared for shipment to our retail stores and customers. Success in this role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to select orders.
- Accurately pick and stack merchandise from various locations within the warehouse.
- Verify product quantity and quality against order sheets.
- Wrap and prepare pallets for shipping, ensuring secure and stable loads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed daily production and accuracy targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
