Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced, international environment. This unique role requires extensive global travel alongside the CEO, managing complex schedules, high-stakes logistics, and personal affairs with utmost precision and confidentiality. You will be an indispensable partner, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and that all travel and operational aspects of their professional and personal life run flawlessly. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements for the CEO.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper, managing correspondence, phone calls, and interactions on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, presentations, and reports, often under tight deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain professional and personal calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events across multiple time zones.
  • Oversee personal administrative tasks, including expense reporting, bill payments, and various errands as needed.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions, demonstrating strong foresight and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for both professional and personal engagements.
  • Provide on-site support during global travel, ensuring the CEO's comfort and efficiency.
