Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This role is 100% focused on written communication, providing exceptional support to our pharmacy customers through email, chat, and secure messaging platforms. You will assist with inquiries regarding prescriptions, benefits, order status, and general pharmacy services, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience without the need for phone calls. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and secure messaging regarding pharmacy services, prescriptions, and order status.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding in all written communications.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Access and navigate multiple systems to gather information and process requests.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pharmacists, technicians) to resolve complex customer issues when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately.
- Continuously learn and adapt to changes in pharmacy policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a written support role.
