Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and discreet individuals to join our team as a Pharmacy Secret Shopper. In this crucial role, you will evaluate the quality of service, adherence to clinical protocols, and overall patient experience within various CVS Health pharmacy locations in the Huntsville, AL area. Your objective observations and detailed reporting will directly contribute to our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence in a clinical pharmacy setting. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to provide objective and accurate feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated CVS Health pharmacy locations, acting as a regular customer or patient.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the pharmacy operation, including customer service, staff professionalism, prescription fulfillment process, adherence to privacy regulations, and cleanliness.
- Interact with pharmacy staff according to a predetermined scenario, ensuring all required interaction points are covered.
- Document observations thoroughly and accurately immediately after each visit, utilizing our reporting system.
- Provide objective, constructive, and detailed feedback on all evaluated areas, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the secret shopping process and findings.
- Adhere to all provided guidelines, scripts, and reporting deadlines with high accuracy.
- Travel to various pharmacy locations within the specified geographic area as assigned.
