Job Description

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team in Albuquerque. This unique opportunity is designed with stay-at-home moms in mind, offering flexible hours primarily during school hours, allowing you to balance your professional ambitions with your family commitments. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates who possess a caring heart and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with safe transfers and ambulation.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks essential to patient comfort and hygiene.
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Remind patients to take medications as prescribed (no administration).
- Provide companionship and engage patients in stimulating activities.
- Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition to supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Document services provided accurately and timely.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Required Skills

- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation.

- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
