Job Description

Join the Samsonite team as a Sales Associate specializing in Luggage & Travel Accessories within our dynamic mall environment in Selby, North Yorkshire. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for travel and a knack for customer service. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience, guiding customers through our extensive range of high-quality products, and ensuring our store maintains its impeccable standards. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and committed to achieving sales targets while representing the Samsonite brand with pride. This is an on-site position requiring full engagement with our customers in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable luggage and travel accessory solutions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an expert level of product knowledge across the entire Samsonite range.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is always attractive and products are clearly displayed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process returns/exchanges professionally.
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organised, and welcoming.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
