Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Pinterest Community Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team. This is a 100% remote work-from-home position. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and engage our community on Pinterest, enhancing brand visibility, driving traffic, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, strong communication skills, and a creative eye for visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Pinterest community engagement strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Pinterest, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities on Pinterest.
  • Curate and optimize Pinterest boards with compelling visual content, product pins, and lifestyle imagery.
  • Track and analyze Pinterest performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content creation, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with Pinterest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continually optimize strategy.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement through contests, campaigns, and partnerships on Pinterest.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing and growing communities on Pinterest for a brand or business.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pinterest's features, analytics, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content curation.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for pin creation.
  • Familiarity with the apparel, fitness, or lifestyle industry.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO principles as they apply to Pinterest.
