Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Pinterest Manager to join our dynamic team, specifically focusing on empowering our realtors with robust and effective Pinterest strategies. This role is crucial for enhancing online visibility, generating leads, and positioning our agents as local market experts. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Pinterest marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of individual realtors, showcasing properties, lifestyle content, and local area expertise. This position offers significant commission potential based on the success and growth of the Pinterest channels you manage, directly contributing to lead generation and agent success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest marketing strategies for multiple real estate agents, aligning with their individual branding and business goals.
- Create compelling Pinterest boards and pins featuring property listings, open houses, neighborhood guides, home decor inspiration, and real estate tips.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize pin descriptions and boards for maximum search visibility and engagement.
- Manage and grow Pinterest followers, engagement, and traffic to agent websites and landing pages.
- Monitor Pinterest analytics, generate performance reports, and iterate on strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate directly with realtors to understand their target audience and content needs.
- Stay updated with Pinterest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Implement Pinterest advertising campaigns as needed to boost reach and lead generation.
- Train and educate realtors on the value and basics of Pinterest for real estate.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Pinterest Manager or similar social media role, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
- Deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, including analytics, SEO, and content optimization.
- Demonstrable success in growing online communities and driving traffic/leads through Pinterest.
- Excellent visual content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working directly with real estate professionals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the local Newport, RI real estate market.
