Job Description
Are you passionate about pizza and have a keen eye for detail? Domino’s Pizza, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Pizza Delivery Evaluators to join our remote team. This unique part-time opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your home, evaluating our delivery service and food quality. You’ll play a crucial role in providing critical feedback that helps us maintain and elevate the Domino’s experience for customers worldwide. Best of all, the food for evaluation is on us!
Key Responsibilities
- Place delivery orders from designated Domino's locations, adhering to specific instructions for each evaluation.
- Carefully observe and document the entire delivery process, from order placement to arrival.
- Evaluate the delivery driver's professionalism, adherence to safety protocols, and overall customer service.
- Assess the pizza and other menu items for quality, accuracy, temperature, presentation, and taste immediately upon arrival.
- Complete detailed evaluation forms and reports accurately and promptly through our online portal.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement based on your evaluation experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding evaluation results and company information.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to articulate feedback clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
- Reliable access to a computer with internet, a smartphone, and a consistent home address for deliveries.
- Basic proficiency in using online forms and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A genuine passion for food, especially pizza!
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality assurance, mystery shopping, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with the Domino's brand and menu.
- Excellent written communication skills.
