Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Remote AI Community Engagement Specialist with a strong focus on social media to join our innovative AI team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and growing our AI developer and enthusiast community across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in community management and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow and engage the AI community.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and sentiment related to Google's AI products and initiatives.
  • Create compelling and shareable content (text, image, video) that educates, informs, and inspires the AI community.
  • Actively participate in online conversations, answer questions, provide support, and foster a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, thought leaders, and advocates within the AI space.
  • Organize and promote virtual events, webinars, and online challenges to boost community interaction.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging and gather community feedback.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track community growth, engagement, and content performance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in community management or social media marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, Discord).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored for different audiences and platforms.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships online.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with developer communities or technical products.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive online conversations and build brand loyalty.
