Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Remote Data Expert to join our growing data and analytics team. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance. You will be instrumental in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, contributing directly to strategic initiatives across various departments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements and analytical solutions.

- Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning models and predictive analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science and analytics.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and their applications.
- Previous experience in the retail industry or e-commerce analytics.
