Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete mystery shopping assignments as they become available and align with your schedule and location.
- Visit assigned retail stores, restaurants, service centers, or other establishments anonymously.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff friendliness, product availability, cleanliness, service speed, and adherence to company standards.
- Interact with staff as a typical customer, following provided scenarios and guidelines.
- Gather objective data and detailed observations without revealing your identity.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete online reports, often including specific questions, narrative descriptions, and sometimes photographic evidence, within strict deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments, clients, and reporting details.
- Adhere to all project instructions and guidelines provided for each shop.
