Job Description

As a Senior Analytical Lead at Accenture, you will be instrumental in guiding our global enterprise clients through complex data challenges, translating raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will lead cross-functional teams, leveraging advanced analytical techniques to drive business growth, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences for some of the world’s largest organizations. This role requires a blend of deep analytical expertise, strong client-facing communication skills, and a strategic mindset to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytical solutions for global enterprise clients.
  • Translate complex business questions into analytical problems, defining appropriate methodologies and data requirements.
  • Develop and present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of analytical projects.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business consultants to integrate analytical solutions into broader client strategies.
  • Stay abreast of emerging analytical technologies, trends, and best practices to continually enhance our offerings.
  • Drive thought leadership in analytical approaches and methodologies within the global enterprise segment.
  • Contribute to business development activities by identifying opportunities and crafting proposals for new engagements.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on enterprise clients.
  • Proven expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with leading and managing analytical projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of various data warehousing and ETL concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
  • Experience in management consulting or a client-facing analytical role.
  • Industry-specific experience in Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology.
  • Certifications in relevant analytical tools or platforms.
