Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shopify Specialist with a strong focus on the automotive parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience for our customers. This role involves everything from product catalog management and inventory synchronization to implementing marketing strategies and analyzing sales performance. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and IT teams to drive online growth and enhance our digital presence in the automotive parts sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's Shopify e-commerce store, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions for automotive parts.
- Implement and optimize Shopify apps and integrations to enhance store functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, SEO strategies, and content updates relevant to the automotive parts market.
- Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to the Shopify platform.
- Ensure all online content and product information is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Stay current with Shopify best practices, e-commerce trends, and automotive industry developments.
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage customer service inquiries related to online orders and website functionality.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores.
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically in the automotive parts or related industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Shopify's Liquid templating language and theme customization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other e-commerce analytics tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end modifications.
