Job Description
Are you ready for an exciting and dynamic summer job? Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking high-energy individuals to join our team as Theme Park Mystery Guests. This unique temporary role offers you the chance to play a vital part in ensuring the magic and thrill of our theme parks meet the highest standards. As a Mystery Guest, you will covertly visit our parks, observe operations from a guest’s perspective, and provide detailed feedback to help us enhance every aspect of the guest experience. This is a summer position perfect for those who are observant, detail-oriented, and passionate about fun and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert visits to assigned Six Flags theme parks as a regular guest.
- Objectively evaluate various aspects of park operations, including ride experience, cleanliness, food & beverage quality, staff friendliness, and facility maintenance.
- Interact with park staff and utilize services as any typical guest would.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive written feedback and reports on your observations.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding your role and findings.
- Assist in identifying areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement across park operations.
- Maintain a high level of energy and engagement throughout your park visits.

- Ability to remain objective and unbiased in evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or mystery shopping is a plus.

- Basic understanding of theme park operations or guest expectations.
