Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with a strong focus on online recruitment support to join our remote HR team. This position is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, primarily through online platforms. You will support HR initiatives by managing job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining our applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for supporting a dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize job postings on various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Screen resumes and applications for initial qualification based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (virtual and phone) between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and support.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and progress.
  • Prepare offer letters and conduct pre-employment background checks and reference verifications.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement innovative online recruitment strategies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR support or administrative role, with exposure to recruitment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with online recruitment tools and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate environment.
