Job Description

GO Riteway Transportation Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused VIP Airport Expeditor to join our fast-paced limo service team in Milwaukee, WI. In this dynamic role, you will be the front-line ambassador for our most discerning clients, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences at Mitchell International Airport (MKE) are seamless, efficient, and luxurious. You will be responsible for warmly greeting VIPs, assisting with luggage, coordinating with drivers, and providing exceptional support to ensure timely and comfortable transitions between the airport and their limousine. This position requires an individual with impeccable professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet VIP clients upon their arrival at designated airport meeting points.
  • Assist clients with luggage handling and transportation to their waiting limousine.
  • Coordinate effectively with limousine drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Monitor flight schedules and adjust coordination plans for delays or early arrivals.
  • Provide real-time updates to clients and dispatch regarding their transportation status.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any potential issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and courtesy at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies and airport regulations.
  • Ensure vehicles are pre-staged and prepared for client arrival as necessary.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or ground transportation role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically in airport operations or luxury transportation services.
  • Familiarity with Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) layout and procedures.
  • Proficiency with dispatching software or communication tools.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
