Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all provided training programs covering various massage modalities and aromatherapy techniques.
- Observe and assist senior therapists and aestheticians during client sessions to gain practical experience.
- Learn and practice therapeutic massage techniques, ensuring proper form, pressure, and client comfort.
- Study the properties and applications of essential oils for aromatherapy treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and a serene atmosphere.
- Greet clients warmly, guide them through their spa experience, and ensure their comfort.
- Maintain detailed client records and notes under supervision.
- Adhere to all spa policies, sanitation standards, and professional ethics.
- Continuously seek feedback and opportunities for skill improvement.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support spa operations.
