Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Billboard Posting Crew member, responsible for the installation and maintenance of billboard advertisements across various locations throughout Canada. This role involves significant travel and physical outdoor work, ensuring our campaigns are displayed professionally and punctually. We are looking for energetic, reliable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and are committed to delivering high-quality visual standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately post and replace billboard advertisements according to scheduled campaigns and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on billboard structures, including cleaning and minor structural adjustments.
- Operate specialized equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently to access and service billboard sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times, especially when working at heights or in challenging weather conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and site conditions.
- Travel extensively throughout various regions of Canada as required by project schedules.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
Required Skills
- Valid Class G Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work effectively in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor advertising, construction, or a related field.
- Familiarity with safety procedures for working at heights (e.g., fall arrest training).
- Experience operating bucket trucks or similar aerial work platforms.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
