Job Description
Join the Hy-Vee team as a Grocery Store Price Auditor! This stable, full-time position operates Monday through Friday, ensuring pricing accuracy across our store locations in Kansas City, MO. You will be responsible for meticulously verifying product prices against our system records, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in their resolution. This role is crucial for maintaining customer trust and operational integrity, requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily price audits across various departments within assigned Hy-Vee store locations.
- Verify shelf prices, promotional signage, and clearance tags against system prices using handheld devices or other tools.
- Identify and document any pricing discrepancies, ensuring accuracy according to company standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Report pricing errors to store management and assist in the immediate correction process.
- Monitor promotional displays and ensure pricing reflects advertised sales.
- Maintain accurate records of audits performed and discrepancies found.
- Collaborate with store teams to understand pricing policies and ensure consistent application.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Skills
