Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all provided training modules to quickly learn hotel operations and systems.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and providing information as required.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously, resolving minor issues or escalating as needed.
  • Process payments, manage reservations, and update guest information accurately in our property management system.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Familiarize yourself with local attractions and amenities to provide helpful recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
