Job Description

Join Concentrix as a Virtual Assistant, playing a pivotal role in supporting our Executive Assistant (EA) teams. This 100% online, work-from-home position offers you the flexibility to contribute to a dynamic global organization from the comfort of your own space. You will provide crucial administrative, technical, and organizational support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow for our senior leadership and their EAs. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments across various time zones.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for executives when required.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up technology, managing attendees, and taking minutes.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with expense reporting and basic financial tracking.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and databases.
  • Proactively identify and address potential administrative challenges.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
