Job Description
Join the UPS team as a Warehouse Clerk with a specialized focus on Filing and Records. In this vital on-site role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of our extensive warehouse documentation. You will manage physical and digital records, ensuring all inventory, shipping, and receiving logs are accurately organized, stored, and readily retrievable. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting efficient warehouse operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately file and retrieve physical and digital warehouse documents, including receiving reports, packing lists, inventory sheets, and shipping manifests.
- Maintain and update record-keeping systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct regular audits of records to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, investigations, or information requests.
- Manage the lifecycle of documents from creation to archiving and destruction, adhering to retention policies.
- Operate standard office equipment, including scanners, printers, and computers.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to streamline record-keeping processes.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and record maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS).
