Job Description
We are seeking a highly articulate and detail-oriented WFH Google Account Liaison to join our dynamic team. This professional written role is pivotal in managing and nurturing key relationships within the Google ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication and operational excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic Google accounts, responsible for all written communications, reporting, and documentation. This is a fully remote position, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main written communication conduit between our internal teams and Google account representatives.
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations for Google stakeholders.
- Manage and respond to all written inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Track and document project progress, milestones, and challenges, providing regular written updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., technical, marketing, sales) to gather necessary information for external communications.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or opportunities within assigned Google accounts through written correspondence.
- Ensure all written communications adhere to brand guidelines, compliance standards, and professional etiquette.
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide written summaries of discussions and action items.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and editing skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple written projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional communication, liaison, or account management role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with or for Google, or a major tech company.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
- Understanding of digital advertising, cloud computing, or enterprise software ecosystems.
