Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Google Billing Coordinator with an administrative focus to join our remote team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our Google-related billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, possess strong analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of billing procedures, preferably with experience in Google Cloud or similar large-scale IT service billing. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all Google-related invoices and billing cycles accurately and on time.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor Google Cloud spend, identify cost optimization opportunities, and report on trends.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports for financial analysis.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless billing workflows.
- Assist in developing and implementing improved billing processes and controls.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in billing or administrative coordination, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform billing or similar cloud services.
- Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
