Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Fast Food Crew in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers, from taking orders to preparing food and maintaining a clean restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's quality and safety standards, including cooking, assembling, and packaging.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Restock inventory as needed and assist with deliveries.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure fast and friendly service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
