Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Google Administrative Aide to provide essential support to our teams across the UK. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. As an Administrative Aide, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within various departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient with Google Workspace tools. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports using Google Workspace applications.
- Coordinate and organise team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other administrative paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, filtering and directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Assist with onboarding new team members by preparing necessary documentation and resources.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to their successful completion.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
