Job Description

Electronic Arts is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Madden NFL Quality Analyst. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity that includes comprehensive paid training, ensuring you gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel. As a Quality Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of the Madden NFL game, identifying bugs, and providing critical feedback to our development teams. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and test cases thoroughly to identify defects in Madden NFL game features, mechanics, and systems.
- Document and report bugs clearly and concisely using internal tracking systems, including steps to reproduce, actual results, and expected results.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved effectively without introducing new problems.
- Provide constructive feedback on gameplay, usability, and overall player experience.
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and other QA teams to understand game requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings, contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Learn and adapt to new testing tools, methodologies, and game features as they evolve.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and a strong work ethic during paid training and throughout your employment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A deep passion for video games, especially the Madden NFL franchise.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to identify, reproduce, and describe defects accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the gaming industry.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and strong organizational skills.
- Eligibility to work full-time immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Previous experience with game testing (personal projects, beta testing, etc.).
- Basic understanding of game development cycles and processes.
- Experience with various gaming platforms (PC, console, mobile).
