Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-tier technical support for proprietary pharmacy software and related systems.

  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and system configurations accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers or development teams when necessary.
  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and deployment activities.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base for common issues and solutions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
  • Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with pharmacy management software (e.g., RxConnect, Cerner, Epic Willow).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
