Job Description

We are seeking a highly meticulous and efficient individual for a temporary ‘Box Labeler Pro – High Accuracy Tasker Gig’ in our Quebec City distribution center. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and traceability of our inventory by ensuring all boxes are accurately labeled according to strict company standards. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Precisely apply labels to a high volume of boxes and packages according to specified instructions.
  • Verify label accuracy against manifests and product information before application.
  • Inspect boxes for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
  • Organize and prepare boxes for outbound shipping or storage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily labeling targets.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (French is an asset).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
