Job Description

Join Signature Aviation as an Aircraft Refueler / Line Service Technician in Fort Saskatchewan! This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for individuals eager to start a career in aviation. We provide comprehensive, full training to equip you with all the necessary skills and certifications to safely and efficiently refuel aircraft and provide essential line services on the airport ramp. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently refuel a variety of aircraft according to company and industry standards.
  • Operate and maintain ground support equipment (GSE) including fuel trucks, tugs, and other vehicles.
  • Perform quality control checks on fuel to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Guide aircraft to and from parking positions using hand signals.
  • Provide aircraft marshaling, wing-walking, and chocking services.
  • Assist with baggage handling and passenger support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the ramp and in equipment.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a physically demanding role or outdoor work environment.
  • Experience operating large vehicles or heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic aviation principles or passion for the aviation industry.
