Key Responsibilities

  • Listen attentively to a curated selection of unreleased songs and demos across diverse genres.
  • Provide detailed, constructive, and objective feedback on musical elements such as production quality, lyrical content, vocal performance, and overall commercial appeal.
  • Rate tracks based on a predefined scoring system, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Identify potential breakout artists or songs that align with SiriusXM's programming goals.
  • Complete review assignments within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all unreleased content.
