Job Description

Concentrix is seeking enthusiastic Telemarketing Associates to join our vibrant team in Saskatoon. In this role, you will be the voice of our clients, engaging with potential customers to introduce products and services, qualify leads, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers following provided scripts and guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate product and service information, addressing customer inquiries and objections.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams or directly close sales where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve performance and adapt to campaign changes.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and telemarketing regulations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Post-secondary education or relevant certifications.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
