Job Description

In this role, you will be the voice of our clients, engaging with potential customers to introduce products and services, qualify leads, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers following provided scripts and guidelines.
- Effectively communicate product and service information, addressing customer inquiries and objections.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales teams or directly close sales where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve performance and adapt to campaign changes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and telemarketing regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Post-secondary education or relevant certifications.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
