Job Description
We are seeking an organized and highly motivated WFH Game Coordinator with a strong focus on project management to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution and coordination of various game development projects, from concept to launch. You will act as a central point of contact, facilitating communication, tracking progress, and managing resources to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and information for game development projects.
- Act as a liaison between various teams including development, art, design, audio, and QA.
- Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and communication logs.
- Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Support project managers in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a project-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- A passion for video games and understanding of the game development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the video game industry.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
