Job Description
Are you a student looking for a flexible, part-time role that fits around your studies? Odeon Cinemas is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Ushers to join our team in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a vibrant entertainment environment. As an Usher, you will be the face of our cinema, ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable visit. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a passion for service!
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct guests to their screens and seats with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Ensure the cinema auditoriums are clean and tidy before, during, and after screenings.
- Check tickets accurately and manage crowd flow efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance with a professional and polite attitude.
- Monitor the cinema environment to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Handle minor guest issues or escalate to management when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
