Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive WFH Process Assistant to join our dynamic and fully remote team. In this startup company environment, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various administrative and operational processes. This position is perfect for an individual who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. You will support multiple departments, helping to document, optimize, and manage workflows, ultimately enhancing our overall productivity and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the documentation and standardization of existing and new operational procedures.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and propose efficient solutions using automation tools.
- Manage and maintain digital files, databases, and project management tools.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across different remote teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Support onboarding processes for new remote team members by preparing necessary documentation and access.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of process documentation and workflow management.

- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Familiarity with automation tools or Zapier platform.
- Prior experience in a remote work environment or startup.
