Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Secretary to join our remote team. This unique role focuses entirely on written communication and data management, with no phone interactions required. You will be responsible for managing email correspondence, organizing digital files, entering data, and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in a quiet, independent work environment and have a strong command of written English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to email inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Perform accurate data entry into various company databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for team members.
- Conduct online research to gather information for specific projects.
- Process and organize incoming digital mail and documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company information.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
