Key Responsibilities
- Undergo thorough training in wig and hairpiece product knowledge, including materials, styles, and care techniques.
- Learn to conduct sensitive and confidential client consultations to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Master the art of measuring, fitting, and customizing wigs and hairpieces for optimal comfort, security, and appearance.
- Develop skills in basic styling, cutting, and maintenance of both synthetic and human hair wigs.
- Provide clear, compassionate, and practical aftercare advice to clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and product longevity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming consultation area, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Assist senior stylists and consultants with daily operations, client appointments, and administrative tasks.
