Job Description
Join Amazon as an Entry-Level E-commerce Fraud Reviewer. This 100% remote position offers night shifts, providing a crucial service in protecting our customers and business from fraudulent activities. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to help us maintain a secure online shopping environment. Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze e-commerce transactions and customer accounts for potential fraud indicators and suspicious activity.
- Investigate and resolve fraud alerts using internal tools, databases, and external resources.
- Make informed decisions to approve or deny transactions, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Document findings accurately and thoroughly, maintaining detailed records of all investigations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and risk management, to address fraud-related issues.
- Stay informed about current fraud trends and adapt to evolving risk landscapes.
- Handle sensitive customer information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
