Job Description

Are you a motivated sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to work from home? Verizon is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling in with pre-qualified interest in Verizon’s products and services. This is a warm leads only position, meaning no cold calling! You’ll leverage your excellent communication and sales skills to understand customer needs, recommend the best solutions, and close sales, all from the comfort of your home office. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers interested in Verizon products and services (warm leads only).
  • Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with callers.
  • Stay up-to-date with Verizon's product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales management to optimize sales strategies.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inbound sales or customer service with a sales focus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling telecommunications products or services.
  • Familiarity with Verizon's product ecosystem.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
