You will manage and process daily mobile app payout requests, verifying transaction details and upholding the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify mobile app payout requests accurately and efficiently within strict deadlines.
- Monitor payout queues and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies or issues, working closely with customer support and risk teams.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, financial regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., AML, KYC).
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payout processes and tools.
- Provide exceptional support and clear communication regarding payout statuses to internal teams.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payment processing, financial operations, or a similar field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
