Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Teleperformance Account Auditor with a strong focus on accuracy and financial oversight to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our financial data, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to regulatory standards across various client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, an eagle eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial accuracy. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, client accounts, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify discrepancies, potential risks, and areas for process improvement within financial reporting and operational workflows.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and compliance, to implement audit recommendations and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client contracts, and relevant financial regulations.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of audit methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Provide support during external audits and regulatory reviews.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an auditing or financial analysis role.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough financial and operational audits with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and other audit-related software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA, CIA, or other relevant professional certifications.
- Experience within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or contact center industry.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems.
