Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and front-of-house.
- Assist with table setup and clearing, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Support other team members during busy periods.
