Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Signage Installer Helper to join our outdoor team in Glasgow. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with no prior experience in signage installation. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, learning the fundamentals of installing a variety of outdoor advertising signs and displays. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced installers with the setup, installation, and removal of various outdoor signs and advertising displays.
  • Learn and apply best practices for safe handling and installation of materials.
  • Prepare work sites by gathering necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Perform general labour tasks as required to support the installation team.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills

  • No prior experience required – full training provided.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25kg) and perform manual tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Safety-conscious approach to all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid UK driving license (Class B).
  • Basic understanding of tools and construction safety.
