Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Signage Installer Helper to join our outdoor team in Glasgow. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with no prior experience in signage installation. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, learning the fundamentals of installing a variety of outdoor advertising signs and displays. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced installers with the setup, installation, and removal of various outdoor signs and advertising displays.
- Learn and apply best practices for safe handling and installation of materials.
- Prepare work sites by gathering necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform general labour tasks as required to support the installation team.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 25kg) and perform manual tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Safety-conscious approach to all tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid UK driving license (Class B).
- Basic understanding of tools and construction safety.
