Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a WFH Microsoft Content Moderator, playing a crucial role in safeguarding online communities. This 100% remote position empowers you to review and moderate user-generated content across various Microsoft platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and legal standards. You will identify and act upon content that violates policies, contributing directly to a safer and more positive online environment for millions of users. This role requires sharp analytical skills, unwavering attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding digital safety. Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate a high volume of user-generated content daily, including text, images, and videos, to ensure adherence to Microsoft's community guidelines and terms of service.
- Accurately identify and take appropriate action (e.g., removal, escalation) on content that violates policies, including hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, and illegal activities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of evolving content policies and apply them consistently and impartially.
- Contribute to a high-quality online experience for users by making sound, ethical decisions under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to discuss complex cases and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Achieve and maintain target metrics for content review accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills
