Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and customer-focused Limo Driver to join our distinguished team in New Port Richey, Florida. As a Limo Driver, you will be the face of Ambassador Limousine & Sedan Service, responsible for providing safe, punctual, and exceptional transportation experiences for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled routes and itineraries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in immaculate condition and operating safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the limousine at all times, inside and out.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and accommodating reasonable requests.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and travel details.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or any unforeseen issues.
- Manage time effectively to ensure punctuality for all appointments.
Required Skills
- Valid Class E or higher driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions or accidents for the past 5 years).
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, rideshare, delivery, chauffeur).
- Excellent knowledge of New Port Richey, Tampa Bay area, and surrounding regions.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to operate GPS and navigation systems proficiently.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Punctual and reliable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine driver or chauffeur for a luxury transportation service.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Defensive driving course certification.
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance basics.
