Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Fencing Installer Laborer to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. This role involves the installation of various types of fences for rural and residential clients, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, comfortable with outdoor manual labor, and eager to learn the trade. No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled fence installers with all aspects of fence installation, including digging post holes, mixing concrete, and setting posts.
- Handle and transport fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link.
- Measure and cut materials to specification, ensuring accuracy and minimal waste.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule and to company standards.
- Interact professionally with clients on job sites as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures on a construction site.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Prior experience in general labor, construction, or landscaping.
- Familiarity with various types of fencing materials and installation techniques.
