Job Description
Are you passionate about freshly baked goods and possess a keen eye for detail? Panera Bread is looking for an enthusiastic Bakery Secret Shopper to join our morning roster in Fishers, Indiana. This unique part-time role allows you to contribute directly to our quality assurance by discreetly evaluating our bakery-cafe operations, focusing specifically on the freshness, aroma, presentation, and overall quality of our baked goods, as well as the customer service experience. You will provide critical feedback through structured reports, helping us maintain our high standards and ensure every customer enjoys the Panera Bread experience they expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert visits to designated Panera Bread bakery-cafes during morning hours.
- Observe and evaluate the freshness, quality, and aroma of various baked goods, including breads, pastries, and bagels.
- Assess the cleanliness and presentation of the bakery display and overall cafe environment.
- Evaluate the speed, friendliness, and efficiency of staff interactions, particularly at the bakery counter.
- Purchase specified items and provide detailed feedback on taste, temperature, and appearance.
- Complete comprehensive online evaluation reports accurately and promptly after each visit.
- Adhere to all confidentiality guidelines and maintain discretion during shopping assignments.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback to help improve operational standards and customer satisfaction.
