Job Description
Join Netflix as an Entertainment Data Labeler, playing a critical role in enhancing our AI-driven streaming recommendations and user experience. You will meticulously review, categorize, and annotate vast amounts of entertainment content data, ranging from video segments and audio cues to textual metadata. Your precise labeling will directly train and improve our machine learning models, ensuring more accurate content discovery, personalized recommendations, and an overall seamless experience for our global audience. This on-site role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for entertainment, and a commitment to data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and categorize diverse entertainment content data, including video frames, audio events, and text descriptions, according to predefined guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to project-specific labeling instructions and quality control protocols to ensure consistency and high data quality.
- Identify nuances and patterns within content, providing clear and concise annotations to train sophisticated AI algorithms.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve labeling guidelines, tools, and processes.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and meet daily/weekly labeling quotas.
- Collaborate with a team of data specialists and AI researchers to support ongoing projects.
