Job Description

As a High-Value Client Teller in our Luxury Banking Lounge, you will be the face of U.S. Bank for our most esteemed clients. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting the sophisticated financial needs of high-net-worth individuals. You will manage complex transactions, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless, discreet, and premium banking experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Process complex financial transactions accurately and efficiently for high-value clients.
  • Provide personalized, discreet, and exceptional service in a luxury lounge environment.
  • Identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate U.S. Bank products and services.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as their primary point of contact for daily banking needs.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues with professionalism and a client-first approach.
  • Collaborate with private bankers and wealth advisors to ensure comprehensive client care.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven experience handling high-value transactions and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
